Directors on the meeting’s attendance list. Admins open, close and record the result.

Can we pass a resolution without a meeting?

Yes, as a written resolution. Add every director as a signer for a unanimous written consent; it is complete only when all of them have signed.

Which files can a written resolution use?

PDF or Word. Signature lines are detected automatically, scanned documents included.

How do we follow up on decisions?
